It brings a number of significant benefits to global and indigenous enterprises based in Ireland: a great user experience; instant interconnected global reach; multi-country input to applications online; faster turnaround of applications to decision; easy, intuitive to use and to include supporting documentation; secure online fee payments; inbuilt validation - fewer errors means fewer rejected applications. It is a great example of a World Class Civil Service driving change and renewal to the benefit of external stakeholders while bringing both pride and efficiency dividends to staff.
