Model Drift. AI That Stays Right After Go-Live

AI is tested against the world as it is at go-live, but that world does not stand still. If an eligibility rule changes, an AI assistant can keep giving answers based on the old rule, with no visible error. As staff ask new kinds of questions and data changes, the AI's behaviour shifts. This is model drift.

OpenSky measures every solution against a fixed baseline, runs regression tests whenever the model, prompts or data change, and agrees with you in advance when to warn, roll back or suspend.
